Special emphasis on maintaing the original metal ceilling, brick walls and restoring its original wooden flooring was paramount.
The addition of hand made wooden booths, the gleaming wooden bar replete with brass railing and the wooden back bar and mirrored shelves all of which are elegant and also comfortable at the same time.
It took almost a year to meet all the historical requirements but eventually in late 1997 Dublin Station opened.
It remained Deland's premiere Irish Pub ever since.
